Vardhan Lab: Our IVF laboratory is well-equipped with a US-made air purifier, a micro manipulator from Japan, and one of the most advanced CO2 incubators to provide the ideal in vitro environment. A sterile atmosphere is maintained using laminar flow technology, and infection prevention methods are adopted in accordance with ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) guidelines. All our equipment is suitable for optimal laboratory work, easy to disinfect, and maintained clean to prevent contamination. The performance of our equipment is regularly verified through calibration. Equipment validation, calibration, and maintenance are documented and recorded meticulously. Laboratory equipment, including incubators and cryostorage units, are continuously monitored and equipped with alarm systems. An automatic emergency backup power system safeguards all critical equipment. Our staff handling liquid nitrogen are trained in the safety aspects of its use. To ensure personnel safety and prevent cross-contamination, patients are screened for infectious diseases following national and international guidelines. Staff are informed and made aware of the risks when treating viral-positive patients and handling infected biological materials.
