Laparoscopy and Hysterrospy is the term which is used in surgical procedure, Laparoscopy is the process  to examine the internal pelvic structure where a fiber optic instrument is used to view the organ in the abdomen.Basically laparoscopy is done to diagnose the condition has been developed inside the abdomen. It is also used to remove the damaged organ or tissue from the body.During the procedure of laparoscopy the surgeon makes a cut just below the belly button and inserts the tube which is called cannuala, cannula used to inflate the skin to view the internal organ. On the other hand Hysteroscopy is a procedure that is done to diagnose and treat abnormal bleeding. This hysteroscopy helps surgeon to look inside the uterus with a tools 

which is called a hysteroscope.
